Krav Maga San Diego is your local authentic, long-term, Israeli-based self-defense program and internationally-recognized testing location in San Diego. All members of the community are invited to the Lawrence Family JCC, 4126 Executive Dr. (UTC/Golden Triangle area) for our next eight - week course.  Students may attend sixteen 1- hour classes, choosing any two of the three classes offered each week, from the week of Sunday, January 4, through Thursday, February 27, 2010.  Beginning (Level 1) classes are Sunday mornings at 9am; Wednesday evenings at 6:15pm, and Thursday evenings at 7pm. Intermediate/Advanced (Level 2/Level 3) classes follow. Krav Maga San Diego has been at the JCC for almost 19 years! Classes are friendly and fun, providing a great workout, as well as flexibility and strength training. Male/female Instructors cover street situations, rape prevention, multiple attackers, weapons defense, etc.  Fees: $250 for new students (includes t shirt/handwraps) for the 16 classes, $150 for continuing students (fees non-refundable).
